New Mexico State University is proud to be one of ten institutions nationwide selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to establish a Building Training and Assessment Center (BTAC). Focused on preparing the next generation of clean energy professionals, BTAC also supports local businesses through energy assessments and efficiency strategies. Looking ahead, the program aims to expand partnerships, grow workforce training across the Southwest, and drive innovation in sustainable technologies.
